It's a joke based on a Chevy Silverado commercial. The pitchman says "Chevy Silverado delivers a quiet cab that's second to nobody in its class, and by nobody I mean Ram and Ford." It reads as it's not as quiet as Ram and Ford.

Then pdthedeuce ruined my joke.
